A petition in this regard has been filed by Supreme Court advocate and rights activist Radhakanta Tripathy in the apex body of human rights.

Sunil Verma, aged about 55, Project Manager of the Construction and Design Service (C&DS) of the Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam, was found dead under mysterious circumstances at his Vikas Nagar residence on January 23. His family members are suffering untold miseries. It is the fourth case and also indicates its magnitude and seriousness.
