The case of Pakistan-born actress Laila Khan got more curious with the reports of the actress getting murdered along with family members a year ago.
The claims have been made by Laila’s stepfather Parvez Ahmad Tak, who is in custody of the Jammu police. Laila, who has been missing since February 2011, was allegedly murdered along with four others, including her mother and siblings.
The trail of the missing actress led to Tak, a forest contractor in Kishtwar in Jammu, when the police stumbled upon a Mitsubishi Outlander (MH02-AY-7867) belonging to Laila parked in a rented shop two months ago.
Tak had gone missing since then and had been arrested recently by the Jammu police.
During interrogation, Tak said Laila’s mother Shelina Patel (50), elder sister Hazmina, twin siblings Zara and Imran and a domestic help were allegedly kidnapped by the two accused in February last year from her flat in suburban Oshiwara and killed.
