A man was sentenced to death bya local court here for the rape and murder of a minor girl. Additional District Judge S N Tripathi yesterday heldAkhtar guilty and sentenced him to death.
32-year-old Akhtar had on April 4 last year lured the13-year-old girl to a secluded place and raped her. He laterkilled her in Ujhani area.
