The Election Commission on Tuesday gave relaxation to Punjab Revenue Minister Bikram Singh Majithia to move around in his Assembly constituency on the polling day. However, he will remain under surveillance. Also, all the outsiders have been told to leave the constituency. Sources said the Amritsar Deputy Commissioner issued orders for all outsiders to leave the constituency. Following this, all the political leaders, and other prominent personalities, supporting both the Congress and SAD-BJP candidates, left the holy city on Tuesday and they include Punjab BJP President Kamal Sharma, the supporters of Arun Jaitely who had come from Delhi, including lawyers, BJP MLAs, and others.
