Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader Yogendra Yadav Thursday said the party will issue a show-cause notice to Delhi legislator Vinod Kumar Binny as "there is no scope for indiscipline".

"There is no scope for indiscipline," Yadav told reporters.

"A show-cause notice will be issued to him, and the next course of action will be decided by political affairs committee," he said.

Binny, AAP legislator from Laxmi Nagar in east Delhi, Thursday attacked the Delhi government for not fulfilling the promises made in the election manifesto.

He also threatened to go on a hunger strike at Jantar Mantar Jan 27.

"We are sad and surprised. What he said sounded similar to the points raised by Leader of Opposition (Delhi assembly) Harsh Vardhan," Yadav said.

"He is upset over not being given a ministerial berth," he added.
