Congress legislator Asif Muhammad Khan Thursday disrupted an Aam Aadmi Party press conference and demanded a probe into the Batla House shootout case.

Khan, a legislator from Okhla, said that Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal despite promising a Special Investigating Team (SIT) probe into the case is now refusing to do so.

"He (Kejriwal) had promised the people of Okhla that he will probe the Batla House encounter case, and had even distributed handbills saying the same," said Khan, adding that Kejriwal is now backtracking from his promise.
