Telangana GoM to Meet on February 4

The GoM on  Telangana is likely to meet on February 4 to  finalise the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Bill.

According to sources, the GoM will look into certain suggestions raised by parliamentarians for inclusion in the final draft and table the Bill in the coming session of Parliament, beginning February 5. “The Cabinet is likely to meet before Feb 10 to take up the MHA note, along with reorganisation Bill, after it is vetted by the Law Ministry. There has been no decision on granting another extension to the state for discussion,” sources said, adding some infrastructure and educational projects in Seemandhra would be  debated and suitably amended in the draft Bill.
