Pakistan Yet to Hand Over Voice Sample of Eight 26/11 Accused

NEW DELHI: Pakistan has not yet handed over to India voice sample of eight persons accused of conspiracy in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack.   

Minister of State for Home Haribhai Parathibhai Chaudhary told Lok Sabha that the voice sample of eight persons accused of conspiracy in the Mumbai terror attack was sought through a Letter Rogatory from Pakistan.         

"Pakistan has not executed the letters rogatory till now. The government has raised this issue with Pakistan in many fora like the Home/Interior Minister, Secretary level talks, Foreign Secretary level talks," he said in reply to a written question.
