BSF Opens Fire After Suspicious Movement Seen at LoC

JAMMU: The Border Security Force (BSF) on Thursday opened fire after seeing suspicious movement along the international border in Arnia sector in Jammu and Kashmir.

With infiltration attempts at the Line of Control (LoC) on a rise, the BSF had earlier communicated with the Union home ministry that increasing the strength of the force is an urgent need for a long-term solution to combat terrorists and Pakistani forces on the border.

After a Pakistani terrorist, Naved was caught in Udhampur, the security on the border has been heightened.
