NHDC Pays Dividend of Rs 113.29 Crore to MP Government

BHOPAL: NHDC Limited, a joint venture of NHPC Limited and the Madhya Pradesh government, today gave a dividend of over Rs 113.29 crore to the state government.

A cheque of Rs 113,29,88,800 was given by K M Singh, chief executive director of NHDC to Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, a government spokesperson said.

NHDC Limited, formerly known as Narmada Hydroelectric Development Corporation Ltd, was set up in 2000 for development of hydropower and other renewal energy sources in the state.
