In a bizzare incident that happened a couple of days back, a 46-year-old man sexually abusing a four-year-old girl was caught on CCTV camera on Thursday.
The camera was installed by his wife, who was suspecting on his character. To her shock she found out her husband sexually abusing a minor girl from her neighbour.
Police booked Akram Khan, the 46 year-old under Nirbhaya Act and Prevention of Children from Sexually Offences Act.
Akram was not aware of the CCTV installed in the house. What's worse is that he is reportedly blaming the four-year-old girl for the incident. When this incident came to light, the man said, 'That girl came towards me', after realising that noone trust his version.
