MUMBAI: The Maharashtra Government exempted the drugs required by dialysis patients from various taxes making drugs related to dialysis procedure cheaper.
State Finance Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar announced the exemption in his budget speech. With the final clearance about the exemption, the patients are now expected to get benefit in the treatment of kidney ailments.
