Kiran Bedi's Poll Office Owner Getting Threats: She Tweets

NEW DELHI: BJP's chief ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi today alleged that her election office owner in Krishna Constituency is receiving life threats and that bomb would be placed in his office even as police said that they have not received any complaint in this regard.

Bedi said the owner of the building, in which her office is situated, is being threatened and asked to get her to vacate the office.

She said the owner is receiving such threats since last night.

"The owner of the building of our Krishna Nagar constituency being threatened and being told to get us to vacate the office since last night," Bedi tweeted.

The BJP leader alleged that a threat of bomb call was also received by the owner.

"What's wrong with losers? My Krishna Nagar constituency office owner is receiving life threats and bomb to be placed in his office," she tweeted.

However, police said that they have got to know about such reports but have not received any complaint from any person yet.

"We have not received any complaint so far in this regard," said a senior police official.
