Why is Sonia Gandhi Scolding Sashi Tharoor Now ?

Congress lawmaker Sashi Tharoor is well-known for his outspokenness in public either in praising Modi or showing his disagreements within the party. Congress president Sonia Gandhi yet again reprimanded Mr Tharoor after his comments at a party meeting went public in the media.

Mr Tharoor reportedly said yesterday that he was not in favour of disrupting Parliament over the resignation demand of three top BJP leaders.

"You always do this, it's become a habit with you," Sources cited Sonia Gandhi angrily telling Mr Tharoor at the meeting with MPs. A visibly shocked Congressmen was looking at the incident, before Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi ushered them out with words to pump up the situation.

Earliar today, Sonia Gandhi openly told to media that “let them say what they want we will continue to protest.”

Swaraj and Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje are under attack for their links with Lalit Modi, the controversial former IPL Chairman who is being investigated by the Enforcement Directorate for alleged money laundering.           

Madhya Prdesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is facing the heat over Vyapam scam and death of nearly 40 persons linked to it.
