NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court will on Monday hear a plea filed by the mother of a deceased Mumbai police constable, seeking transfer of Bollywood actor Salman Khan’s 2002 hit-and-run case from Mumbai to Delhi.
The plea has also asked for the cancellation of the bail given to the actor.
Salman’s appeal against his five-year jail term in the hit-and-run case is currently pending before the Bombay High Court.
