Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched a new microsite to promote yoga ahead of the International Yoga Day which is to be celebrated on June 21.
The launch of the site was announced on Twitter by Modi.
The microsite is a part the external affairs ministry’s website and contains details related to the programmes to be held on the Yoga Day.
The prime minister has also posted videos of 'Shashankasana' saying it is an "ideal Asana to practice to reduce stress and anger."
A programme will be held in New York's Times Square where yoga guru Sri Sri Ravi Shankar will lead people.

Modi will lead ministers and bureaucrats in performing yoga at Delhi’s Rajpath. The Indian Army too is drawing up extensive programmes to observe the day.
Several Indian-American and other organisations are expacted to take part in the Yoga Day celebrations.
