JAIPUR: Four persons including a woman and a minor boy were killed on the spot and ten others injured in a head-on collision between a car and private bus in Sikar district today, police said.
The incident occurred at around 4 pm at Dharaji Mod in Ajeetgarh here when seven persons riding a car were returning to Delhi from Khatushyamji Temple in Sikar, they said.
Two men, one woman and a boy travelling in the car died on the spot while three injured were rushed to a hospital in Jaipur, they said.
The identities of the deceased is yet to be established, they said.
Seven persons, who were travelling in the bus, were also injured, they said adding that they were discharged after first aid.
The bus was seized while its driver fled after the accident, police said.
