It was a Cabinet meeting chaired by Kejriwal which decided to effect the change of guard in the Law Department. Sources said Kejriwal has asked Mishra to focus on the Tourism and Water Ministry.According to them, the CM had chosen Sisodia for the Law Ministry primarily because the government was contesting several cases on key issues in different courts.
