Kidnapped Policeman Killed in Chhattisgarh

SUKMA: Policeman Peeladas, who was kidnapped by Maoists from Sukma district, was killed on Saturday.

Peeladas, an assistant constable, whose body was found near Polampalli Bazar, was kidnapped by Maoists in insurgency-hit Sukma district on August 31.

It is believed that the Maoists had kidnapped Peeladas after the latter had participated as an SPO during Salwa Judum in 2006.
