NEW DELHI: Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi along with others arrived at AICC HQ for Congress Working Committee (CWC) meeting at 24 Akbar Road on Tuesday.
Janardan Dwidedi, Gurudas Kamat, Bk Hari Prasad, Shakeel Ahmad, Ghulam Nabui Azad, AK Antony, Anand Sharma, Ambika Soni and others leaders have also reached to attend the CWC meeting.
The CWC meeting is likely to adopt resolution over one year extension of the date of organisational elections, said sources.
The sources added that “there may be consideration of the proposed amendments to the party constitution and law. Also, there would be a discussion on the present political situation and adoption of political resolution.”
