CHANDIGARH: Ten Congress leaders were detained by police here last night, as they were reportedly planning to show black flags to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday.
Prime Minister Modi will visit Chandigarh today, where he is scheduled to attend several programmes.
The Prime Minister will visit Swami Dayananda Saraswati Ashram in Rishikesh later in the day.
