JHABUA: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Sunday announced a reward of Rs. one lakh on culprits of the Jhabua blast.

“This is the saddest moment of my life. I will not spare anyone. We are standing with people who have lost everything,” said Chouhan.

“I have met families here (Jhabua) but couldn't meet village families, so I have decided to come here again tomorrow,” he added.

A massive blast triggered by mining explosives ripped through a packed restaurant in Madhya Pradesh's Jhabua district yesterday.
