15-year-old Girl Raped by Friend's Brother in Faridabad

A 15-year-old girl was allegedly raped repeatedly by the brother of her classmate in the district, police said.

FARIDABAD: A 15-year-old girl was allegedly raped repeatedly by the brother of her classmate in the district, police said today.

According to the complaint filed by the victim, the minor had acquainted the 17-year-old accused through her friend.

On September 7, the class X student was stopped by the accused while she was on her way to school. The boy urged her to go movie with him, and threatened her with dire consequences if she did not follow his instructions, police said.

The accused then took the girl to his home where he raped her, the complaint stated.

On September 13, the victim was forced to come to his house where she was raped again, the complaint said.

A case has been registered against the accused with Women Police Station Faridabad under section 376, 342, 506 and 120B of IPC and section 6 of POCSO and the police is investigating the matter, SHO Inspector Asha Rani said.
