LUCKNOW: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Singh Yadav on Saturday assured that it is the priority of the government to see that all proposed schemes reach the people.
“It is priority of the government to see that all schemes meant for the villagers and other people, reach to them,” Yadav told media here after reviewing law and order in the state at a meeting here.
“The Panchayat elections are about to be held and we are trying to ensure that all security measures are in place. It should not be the case where development works are hindered because of these elections,” said Yadav.
“Action would be taken against all those who are guilty of not properly doing their duties,” he added.
