Modi Urges Youths to Register as Voters

NEW DELHI: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday urged youths to register as voters.

"I urge youth to register as voters and go out to vote when the time comes," Modi said in the 12th episode of his radio address Mann Ki Baat.

He also said that the Election Commission had become voter friendly.

"I want to congratulate the Election Commission. Earlier it was a regulator, now it is facilitator and has become voter friendly," he said.
