'India not Building Wall on International Border'

SRINAGAR:The BSF on Tuesday rejected Pakistan’s claim about the construction of a wall along the international border  in Jammu & Kashmir, saying it was not possible to construct a wall on the border due to its peculiar topography. “India is not constructing any wall along the international border,” BSF IG Rakesh Sharma said in Jammu. Pakistan’s ambassador to the UN Maleeha Lodhi has written to the UN Security Council President alleging that India is planning to construct a 10-metre-high, 135-foot-wide wall along the 197-km border. Hizbul Mujahideen chief Syed Salahuddin has also been levelling the same allegation.
