Loco Pilot Jumps Off Train, Injured

MATHURA: A locopilot was severely injured as he tried to get down from a moving train at Mathura junction railway station here, police said today.

Yaadram Meena yesterday boarded a train from Agra Cantt station to report for duty here but when the train did not stop at Mathura station, he jumped off from it, In-charge of Government Railway Police Kotwali, Pooran Singh Chouhan said.

Meena, a resident of Agra and posted at Mathura junction railway station as locopilot, received injuries on his hands and was admitted to a government hospital here, he said.
