SHIMLA: Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM) president Anurag Thakur today accused the Virbhadra Singh government in Himachal Pradesh of failing to utilise Central funds for key sectors like education and health.
"The Chief Minister should let the people know the details of all the departments where the state government has failed to utilize Central funds for key sectors like education, roads, hospitals among others.
"Virbhadraji should answer why roads, hospitals and schools are in such a bad shape, why there is shortage of staff in government offices and institutions and what steps have been taken by the government to fill up the posts in past three and half years," he said.
Thakur said "the people of the state want to know that why the state government failed to utilise Rs 130 crore under Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan."
