SIACHEN: Union Textiles Minister Smriti Irani on Thursday celebrated Raksha Bandhan with Army Jawans deployed at the Siachen Base Camp Glacier, the highest battleground in the world.
“It is a great honour for me to celebrate this festival here with my brothers who guard the borders. Prime Minister Modi has always celebrated festivals with the jawans,” Irani told ANI.
