NEW DELHI: Rahul Gandhi today took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying the NDA government's acknowledgement of the UPA's flagship scheme MGNREGA is a "shining example" of Modi's "political wisdom".
He said the Modi dispensation, which had in past called the UPA's job guarantee scheme a "living monument of the Congress' failure," has now been forced to accept its success.
"After calling NREGA a 'living monument of the INC failure' Govt now hails it as cause of 'nat pride & celebration' !Shining eg of Modiji's pol wisdom", the Congress vice-president said in a tweet.
