Relish 'Aam Papad Chai', 'Hari Mirch Chai' in Railways Soon

NEW DELHI: If you are travelling with the Indian Railways then there is a good news as the IRCTC has come up with a new initiative in tune with your taste to provide the passengers with over 25 varieties of tea, including 'desi chai', 'aam papad chai' and 'hari mirch chai'.

The IRCTC is now all geared up to provide 12,000 varieties of tea, taking in note the customers’ tastes and preferences.

IIT graduates Nitin Saluja and Raghav Verma has found the tea cafe chain Chayoos with the theme of 'Experiments with Chai'.

“With every tea, we adopt different workmanship and we prepare them after getting orders from the customers. In Chayoos, you get tea ranging from Paani kam Chhay Kashmiri Kahwa of Indian subcontinent to Chamomile tea and Moroccan mint tea from international arena,” Saluja said.

“We always try to provide our costumer exactly the kind of tea they want. The tea is served to them in comfortable surroundings in which, they can hold both formal and informal meetings,” he added.

The IRCTC has tied up with a tea cafe chain Chaayos for the endeavour and has also launched a mobile phone application, which can facilitate the order placed.

The service will first be tested at the New Delhi railway station.
