NEW DELHI: A Scottish chief executive officer of a prominent gym and spa facility in south Delhi has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a woman on the pretext of marriage, police said today.
The complainant told police that she met the 40-year-old accused, a native of Scotland, over a social networking site and they soon became friends.
She alleged the accused sexually assaulted her for the past five months on the pretext of marriage and later severed all ties with her.
A case was registered yesterday on the basis of the woman's complaint and the accused was arrested late at night from his residence in Defence Colony, police said.
