JNU Row: BJP to Observe 'Condemnation Day' on Feb 21 in Madhya Pradesh

Madhya Pradesh BJP today said it would observe 'Dhikkar Diwas' (Condemnation Day) against these incidents on February 21.

BHOPAL: Amidst the raging controversy over shouting of "anti-national" slogans at the Jawaharlal Nehru University and the Jadavpur University, Madhya Pradesh BJP today said it would observe 'Dhikkar Diwas' (Condemnation Day) against these incidents on February 21.

"We are going to observe Dhikkar Diwas across the state to protest against the traitors who shouted anti-national slogans like 'Pakistan Zindabad' at JNU and Jadavpur University," state BJP president Nandkumar Singh Chauhan said.

The people who shouted slogans in "support" of Afzal Guru and spoke "against" the motherland were "Aasteen ke Saap" (treacherous), he said.
