NEW DELHI: Advocate Om Sharma, one of the three lawyers evading arrest for allegedly instigating attacks on journalists and students in the Patiala House Court (PHC) premises, was arrested on Saturday and released on bail later, after he appeared at the Tilak Marg Police station here.

Lawyers Vikram Singh Chauhan and Yashpal Singh are evading the police even after being summoned by them thrice.

Sharma was booked under sections 147/149/323/427 of the IPC and was released on bail as per the provisions under these sections.

Chauhan was the lawyer who is being seen as the alleged mastermind behind the violence that had taken place in the court premises this week.
