KOLKATA: After the nabbing of 5 Burdwan blast accused by the Kolkata Police Special Task Force, nine more blast accused with rewards on their heads are still at large.
Of the nine yet to be nabbed Burdwan blast accused, four are from Bangladesh and the rest five are from three districts of West Bengal.
While Bangladeshi blast accused Kausar alias Bomb Mizan, Haathkata (amputed hand) Nasirullah alias Sohel and Talha Sheikh alias Shyamal have Rs 10 lakh bounty on their names, the fourth Bangladeshi Salahuddin Salehan has Rs 5 lakh on his name.
Wanted Indian blast accused Kadar Kazi of Birbhum district has Rs 5 lakh on his name. Burhan Sheikh, the owner of the land where the woman's madrasah in Simulia village in Mangalkot of Burdwan district, which was an alleged terror training centre, has Rs 3 lakh on his name.
Other Indian accused Jahirul Sheikh of Nadia district has Rs 2 lakh on his name, Mustafizur Rahman of Birbhum district has Rs 1 lakh on his name and Habibur Rehman Sheikh of Birbhum has no monetary award announced yet to his name.
