AIZAWL: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is scheduled to make his maiden visit to Mizoram on December 16, an official release said today.
Modi would address a public meeting at the Assam Rifles ground, where he would inaugurate a 60-MW Tuirial Hydro Electric Project, it said.
Police officials said security would be boosted during the prime minister's visit.
