Jammu and Kashmir government orders suspension of eight official for exam paper goof-up

They said the paper of English subject, which was to be held on March 7, has now been re-scheduled for March 25.

JAMMU: The Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered suspension of eight officials, including two school principals, for wrong distribution of question paper at two different examination centre in Jammu district.

"The State Board of School Education ordered suspension of eight officials for allegedly opening of unscheduled question paper of class XII, which was distributed among class X students at two centres in Jammu," an officials here said.

Among those suspended are two principals: Rajinder Abrol of the Government Higher Secondary School, Ramkote and Kamal Kishore of HSS Nagrota Gujroo.

They said the paper of English subject, which was to be held on March 7, has now been re-scheduled for March 25.
