Two wagons of goods train derail; departmental probe ordered

The train's coaches were empty and a trolley of the wagon that got separated from the wheels, fell sideways on empty area. 

MATHURA: Two wagons of a Chattishgarh bound goods train coming from Alwar, derailed today afternoon as it was entering the Mathura Junction yard following which a probe has been ordered, a senior official said.

"Train traffic on the Mathura Alwar route remained unaffected. However, a departmental probe has been ordered into the incident," Gaurav Bansal, Chief Public Relation Officer (CPRO), North Central Railway, said.

It was a minor derailment, however, DRM Agra, Rangan Yadav, reached the spot to supervise rescue operation, he said.

According to Bansal, the train's coaches were empty and a trolley of the wagon that got separated from the wheels, fell sideways on empty area.
