Congress veteran leader and former Union minister P Chidambaram has hit out at the Election Commission for not announcing the poll dates for the Gujarat assembly election.
The leader in a sarcastic jibe on Twitter said that the EC will be recalled from its extended holidays after the Gujarat government has announced all sops.

Reacting to Chidambaram's tweet, Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani said that the entire Congress is scared of the upcoming Gujarat Elections
The EC recently announced the dates for polls in Himachal Pradesh but did not announce the dates for Gujarat, which has raised a political storm with Congress alleging that the BJP government had influenced the decision of the EC.
