Q: Sir, as you have your birthplace roots in Pakistan and you came to India during partition what you think of NRC in Assam?

A: Please improve your knowledge. There was no Pakistan and I was born as an Indian citizen. My birthplace was part of India. NRC deals with persons who infiltrated into India from other countries and not those who were born in any one of the Indian states.

Q: Why the various governments are hell-bent on renaming the cities and states, instead of looking and solving the core issues like population control, water crisis, unemployment, garbage and sewage management etc? After all, renaming won't change the geography and infrastructure of the city. What's your take on this?

A: Indians believe in idol worship. And political leaders win elections by promoting religious, caste, community leaders. However, there is nothing wrong in naming cities or other institutions after eminent statesman and leaders for future generations. It is done all over the World.

Q: Sir, going by media debates and discussions, incidents such as rape and lynching have been happening only after 2014 and prior to that country was totally peaceful! Do you think opposition parties and those, in some section of media, will succeed in such kind of narrative?

A: Earlier it wasn’t reported by TV channels. Such heinous crimes are a blot on our country but using it for politics is a bigger crime. But such is Indian politics.

Q: What do you think about the hugging and winking diplomacy of Rahul during the no confidence motion in Parliament towards PM Modi?

A: Rahul has acquired an art of getting prime time publicity. So far Modi was its master now Rahul is trying to copy him. There is nothing else.

Q: If TDP, Left, AIADMK, TRS, TMC, NCP, SS, BJD, RJD, BSP, SP, PDP, NC, INLD, Congress, JDU, JDS, and other Opposition parties fight for seats amongst themselves before LS Polls 2019 with their one-point agenda of ousting PM Modi unlike the Indira v/s Opposition in 1977, can the ramshackle Opposition give a better governance than PM Modi although voters will decide their fate?

A: It is always a united opposition which topples a well-established government. If there is a direct contest between the BJP and the entire opposition all over the country, BJP would certainly be in serious trouble as you have seen the results in Uttar Pradesh.
