Affan Mohammed, a CJP state committee member, said the CJP was also standing in solidarity with comrades, students and others detained during protests in Delhi.
CJP co-convenor Ashutosh Ranka said he, Saurav Das, legal head Ratna Singh and other leaders would visit Parliament Street Police Station at 10 am to seek permission for the protest.
The LJP(RV) chief also accused the Congress leadership of doing selective criticism and remaining silent on allegations of sexual harassment against a party MP who served as a JNU professor.
