The Malaysian team Thursday night under head coach Paul Revingthon were totally outplayed by the Germans who are ranked number one in the world, reports Xinhua.

Malaysia who are in third position of Group B have failed to reach to the top three of the championship and will have to work doubly hard to win the Asian Cup Hockey Championship in Malaysia's nothern city of Ipoh in August if they are to see any action at The Hague next year.
