Fidel Edwards claimed six wickets as the West Indies dismissed Bangladesh for 387 before lunch on the second day of the second and final test Thursday.
Resuming on 365-8 at Khulna's Sheikh Abu Naser Divisional Stadium, Bangladesh lost its remaining wickets just half an hour into the day's play.
Abul Hasan, who resumed on 100, was out for 113 and Mahmudullah was dismissed on 76 after adding just 4 to his overnight score.
Edwards returned figures of 6-70, while Darren Sammy had 3-74.
On Wednesday, Hasan hit an unbeaten century on his debut. The 20-year-old brought up his century off just 108 balls to become only the second player to make a test century as a No. 10 batsman after the top and the middle order collapsed.
