KOCHI : The picturesque KCA Cricket Ground in Krishnagiri, Wayanad, will host South Africa ‘A’ for a couple of four-day matches against India ‘A’ this August. The first match is scheduled from August 18-21 while the other will begin after a three-day break.

This will be the first international match at the only venue in the state that’s fully owned by the Kerala Cricket Association. The facility was opened in 2013. Before arriving in Wayanad, SA ‘A’ will feature in a triangular one-day tournament also involving Australia ‘A’, apart from India ‘A’.
