Ziva Dhoni, daughter of former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni and wife Sakshi, has won the hearts of Malayalees around the world once again. The adorable toddler, who is an Instagram superstar in her own right, has sung another Malayalam song in a video posted on her Instagram account @zivasinghdhoni006.
This time, the two-year-old sang 'Kani Kanum Neram Kamalanethrante', a Malayalam devotional song from the 1964 film 'Omanakuttan', which is sung during the festival of Vishu. The caption says that Ziva was unwell at the time. She is even heard coughing at the end of the clip, which has got152,255 views already.
All credit goes to Ziva's Malayali nanny, ‘Sheila Aunty’. Malayalees have oohed and aahed over the child's perfect pronunciation of the language in the comments section of the video. One user said: "Molluuu......pwolliiichuuuu......malayalammmm.....daaaaaa...... Others remarked: 'God bless you molutty' and 'Awwwww cute this is with tht cough tho'.
'Kani Kanum Neram Kamalanethrante' was composed by G Devarajan and penned by Vayalar. It was sung by by P Leela and Renuka.
In October, Ziva's rendition of another classic Malayalam song 'Ambalapuzhai Unnikannanodu Nee...’ was such a hit that she was invited to sing at the Ambalappuzha Sree Krishna Temple in Alappuzha district for the Sree Krishna festival in January next year.
