HYDERABAD: Telugu Desam president N Chandrababu Naidu is likely to participate in a dharna along with his MLAs and MLCs at Gun Park before attending the Assembly session on Monday.

The main opposition party has decided to continue raking up the liquor syndicate issue in the House till the government agrees to order a probe..

Though the government had replied to the marathon debate on the issue on Friday which went on till 9.15 pm, the TDP wants to rake up the issue since the speaker did not announce before adjourning the House for the day that the debate had ended.

On Sunday too the TDP leaders made some noise, of course outside the Assembly, demanding a CBI inquiry into the illegal activities of the syndicate.

They said it was surprising that chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy was defending the ministers who were involved neck-deep in the activities of the liquor syndicates.
