HYDERABAD: Justice Raja Elango of the High Court on Wednesday said the court does not direct the CBI from where it should probe the case concerned.

Dealing with a criminal petition filed by senior counsel Susheel Kumar on behalf of Vijay Sai Reddy, the judge also made it clear the court does not pass an order without getting reply from CBI.

Vijay Sai Reddy's counsel had pleaded with the judge to issue an order that the investigating agency probe the business transactions of Jagan from 2004 2009. He said his client was arrested by CBI based on allegations on issues prior to 2004.
