HYDERABAD: Five activists of Akhila Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishath (ABVP) were arrested here on Monday when they tried to take out a rally to highlight the sacrifice of Rajamouli and Bhojya Naik for separate Telangana.

The ABVP activists gathered at the arts college on OU campus and set out in a march to Tarnaka.

Five of them were taken into preventive custody when they crossed the campus, said assistant commissioner of police K Ramchandran.
