Hyderabad-Bidar inter-city train

All arrangements have been made to run the much awaited inter-city from Bidar to Hyderabad via Zaheerabad from Monday.  Many people from Zaheerabad in Medak district and Bidar in neighbouring Karnataka travel to Hyderabad daily.

Though 250 buses belonging to Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka and Maharashtra are run daily, they are congested and people are forced to travel in private vehicles.

“However, we can get rid of the traffic jams if we travel through train,” felt Siddanna Patel, a native of Zaheerabad. The special train from Hyderabad-Bidar will travel through begumpet, Sanath Nagar, Lingampalli, Sankarpalli, Vikarabad and Zaheerabad. It will have one AC coach apart from 15 general coaches and each bogie will have a capacity to seat 70 passengers. The train will leave Bidar at 7 a.m. and reach Zaheerabad by 7.20 a.m. and to Hyderabad by 10.15 a.m.
