Two power houses in Srisailam Hydel Power Project produced 16.807 million units between 6 pm on Tuesday and 6 am on Wednesday.
Reservoir levels in the project on Wednesday were recorded at 869.80 ft as against full reservoir level of 885 ft. As much as 186.3454 thousand million cubic feet (TMC) of water was stored against the reservoir's storage capacity of 263 TMC.
Inflows were recorded at 16,000 cusecs from Jurala and 8,847 from Tungabhadra. While there were no outflows through power house I, power house II recorded 12,713 cusec of outflows and towards Pothireddypadu side, the outflows were 2000 cuses.
